Get Your Music in Front of Real Radio Programmers
IPMNation helps independent artists promote their music to college, independent, and online radio stations through targeted, personal outreach backed by more than 20 years of experience.
Every campaign is built around your music, genre, goals, and budget.
How Your Radio Promotion Campaign Works
1. We Review Your Music
Before recommending a campaign, we listen to your track and consider the genre, sound, release goals, and the types of stations most likely to be a fit.
2. We Build a Targeted Station List
Your campaign is built around relevant college, independent, and online radio stations rather than sending your music indiscriminately to every station possible.
3. We Conduct Direct Outreach
We contact program directors, music directors, DJs, and other appropriate station contacts with your music and promotional information.
Follow-up is included where appropriate to help keep your release in front of the people making programming decisions.
4. We Track the Campaign
We monitor responses, reported adds, feedback, and available airplay information throughout the campaign.
At the end of the campaign, you’ll receive a report summarizing the outreach and results we were able to document.

âť“ Radio Promotion FAQ
Is Radio Airplay Guaranteed?
No legitimate radio promoter can guarantee that a station will add or play your music. Programming decisions are ultimately made by the individual stations and their music or program directors.
What IPMNation provides is targeted outreach, professional pitching, follow-up, and campaign reporting designed to give your music a genuine opportunity to be heard and considered.
What Types of Radio Stations Do You Contact?
Depending on the campaign and your music, outreach may include college radio, independent stations, specialty programs, online radio, and other relevant outlets.
Station selection is based on factors such as genre, format, location, and the goals of your campaign.
What Genres Do You Work With?
IPMNation works with a wide range of independent music. Before recommending a campaign, we review your track to determine where it may be the strongest fit.
Do I Need a Radio Edit?
Not always, but stations may have requirements regarding explicit language, song length, audio quality, or format.
If we identify something that could affect your campaign, we’ll let you know during the review process.
Will I Know What Happens During My Campaign?
Yes. Depending on the campaign, reporting may include outreach activity, station responses, reported adds, feedback, and available airplay information.
